Shipping / Delivery Policy

We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 10 working days.
Shipping charges of Rs. 50 are applicable for orders priced upto Rs. 999.
Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1000.
Our courier partners will make 2 attempts to deliver the product(s). If they fail on each account for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. To have us ship the order again, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is not negotiable and we urge The Buyer to be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances.

We have 7 days return & refund policy, so we should be notified within the said timeline from the date of good delivered at your place.
We will surely exchange the product if it is damaged in transit or wrong product received by you (Product must be returned to us by the Buyer)
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if the goods delivered is undamaged & perfect with regards to the order placed by you or if we found that return requested is on false ground.
